CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
We strive hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at the impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, color or design of the product delivered simply return/exchange the product within 15 days of delivery.
- Cancellations can be done online before the shipping of the product. In such a case, the entire amount of the customer will be refunded.
- In case the product has already been shipped, cancellations can still be done. The customer will have to return the product in such a case when the product has been delivered. The amount will be refunded once Address receives the product back.
- Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable in such cases.
- Cancellations will take a maximum of 2 working days to materialize and initiate a refund.
- The refund if opted for to be transferred back to the source of transaction, may take up to 7 working days, depending upon the bank in question.
- Returns can be made once the customer is in the hold of the product after delivery.
- Returns can be made through My Orders link where the customer can opt to click the Return button. Upon clicking the button, the customer will be asked for either Replacement or Refund.
- There is no extra fee charged by the company for cancellation, refund or replacement.
- Replacement is subject to the availability of the product at our end.
- Return/Replacement is valid only for a period of 15 days from the date of delivery.
- All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
- For orders paid for with Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued through bank transfers only.
